Brentwood Bus Riders Get a Voice

Regional Transit Authority Franklin and Brentwood TNSince the loss of the Lowes Public Bus Stop in Franklin, the Regional Transit Authority is seeking the help of citizens to decide where the next bus route will go.

The RTA stopped serving that site in June after Lowe’s lost 225 parking spots when it sold land for a new commercial development.

Also to be discussed at the meetings will be the addition of a third trip in the afternoon on the 92X Gallatin/Hendersonville Express.

The public is encouraged to attend the meetings, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. in the Community Meeting Room at Music City Central, 400 Charlotte Ave. A second meeting is 4-6 p.m. in the same location.
