It’s a great time to buy a home in Middle Tennessee!

Many homes are on the market with lower prices than several years ago!

There are very affordable loan programs, including government backed loans!

First-time buyers still get a break!  Even if your spouse is a former homeowner; as long as your name was not on a previous home, you can still qualify as a first time buyer.

Credit scores are more important now than in the past, so keep your credit payments current.  Get pre-approved before shopping for a home.  Contact a reputable bank or a professional who specializes in home mortgages. I can help you with this process!

In these times, even a seller may help you finance your home with a second mortgage.  Work with your realtor to determine the availability.
