New Ordinances Proposed for Brentwood Housing Developments

Housing developments coming before Brentwood’s Planning Commission face proposed new ordinances modifying requirements for houses built on hillside lots.  The Williamson Herald reports: "The new codes will change guidelines for open space residential development, or planned subdivisions, on land formerly referred to as critical, now known as transitional property, that is between 15 percent and 25 percent hillside."  Members of the Brentwood Planning Department are composing a final draft for approval.
